JT White was born and raised in the Western North Carolina mountains before moving to Knoxville in 2010. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a BA in History and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a MDiv. in Christian Ministry. JT is passionate about helping people follow Christ closely and becoming disciple-makers.

JT and his wife Alli have 3 kids: Hudson, Haddon, and Helen. They love cheering for the Vols and going on adventures as a family!

Sara lives in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she serves in both ministry and nonprofit leadership. She holds a MDiv in Christian Leadership from Liberty University and an MBA from Western Governors University. Sara has spent over a decade in ministry, with a heart for teaching, discipleship, and helping others grow in their relationship with Christ.

Sara is passionate about connecting faith to everyday life, encouraging people to know Jesus deeply, live with purpose, and walk confidently in their calling. She currently works with Emerald Youth Foundation, where she helps create meaningful opportunities for impact across the community.

Sara loves spending time with her husband, her four adult children, her fur babies, sunshine, waterfalls, and creating spaces where people feel seen, known, and encouraged.

Alec Ross is a South Knoxville native and has worked as the youth ministry director at Hillcrest since 2014. He has a passion for youth and also serves as a Career & College Ministry Coach at the Emerald Youth Foundation. Alec is dedicated to fostering a meaningful relationship with each young adult that attends Hillcrest, creating ties between the church and the local community, and works tirelessly to continuously improve our youth program. 

Alec and his wife Hannah live in South Knoxville with their daughters Oakley and Emery. 

Rin Greco graduated From University of Georgia with a BS in English education and is currently enrolled in University of Tennessee School of Law. She has a passion for teaching children and is very excited to be a part of the Hillcrest family! 

Tracy is a South Knoxville native and has spent her entire life at Hillcrest. She enjoys being the church secretary and getting to spread the good news to others! She also serves as church pianist. 

Tracy lives in Knoxville with her husband Justin & their 3 kids, Lincoln, Penny, & Walker.
